Alan Pardew predicts "difficult" Wolves game

Alan Pardew says he is expecting a tough challenge away at Wolves tomorrow.

Alan Pardew has insisted that he is not complacent going into tomorrow's away fixture with Wolves.

The Magpies are unbeaten this season and currently sit fourth in the table, with twelve points from their first six games. Wolves started strongly but lost their last three league games, including a crushing 3-0 defeat at home to QPR.

"We cannot go into this game as favourites in terms of if you were a betting man," Pardew told the club's official website.

"If you were looking at the game on form then yes, we should win the game. But the Premier League throws the form book out of the window at times, and Wolves are the type who upset that.

"Their work-rate, their commitment to the cause, they have got good players in there, and it will be a difficult game."

Kickoff tomorrow at Molineux is 3pm.
