Some of Newcastle United's players have told their families to stay away from St James' Park for the final two home games this season, according to reports.
The North-East side are in danger of relegation after an alarming run of eight successive defeats, which has seen them drop to 15th place.
The Telegraph reports that some of their foreign players are scared of playing in front of the home supporters, and don't want their families to attend the games with West Bromwich Albion and West Ham United.
Fans have questioned the commitment of the players in recent weeks, while manager John Carver accused defender Mike Williamson of getting himself deliberately sent off in their 3-0 defeat against Leicester City.
Carver was also involved in an altercation with a supporter during their 3-2 home loss to Swansea City.
