Tom Flanagan has signed for Burton Albion after he agreed to cancel his contract with MK Dons.
The 23-year-old has signed a one-year deal with the Brewers after five and a half years in the first-team fold at stadium:mk.
He initially agreed a one-year extension with MK earlier this summer, but after not featuring in the matchday squad in any of the Dons' first four Championship matches, he has dropped down a division to League One.
"It's a fresh start with a new team who are already doing pretty well," Flanagan told the Brewers' website. "Hopefully, I can help take the club to where it wants to be, which is the next level."
In total, Flanagan scored three goals in 45 appearances during his time with the Dons.
