Manchester United 'interested in Cadiz midfielder Alvaro Garcia'

Manchester United are interested in signing Cadiz midfielder Alvaro Garcia, according to a report.

Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Cadiz midfielder Alvaro Garcia.

The 24-year-old has previously represented Granada in La Liga, but currently plays his football in Spain's second tier.

According to Grada 3, United boss Jose Mourinho is an admirer of the Spaniard's technical ability, and is interested in bringing the versatile midfielder to Old Trafford over the next 12 months.

The report claims that Mourinho has made an initial approach for Garcia, who is believed to have a release clause in the region of £7m.

Garcia has made 44 appearances for Cadiz since joining the club from Granada in the summer of 2016.
