Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly closing in on the signing of Tanguy Ndombele as the Lyon midfielder is set to undergo a medical on Tuesday.
Despite late interest from the likes of Manchester United and Juventus, Spurs are believed to have agreed an initial £56.5m fee with Lyon.
The deal, which could potentially rise to £65m with various add-ons included, will make the France international Tottenham's all-time record signing.
According to the Daily Mail, personal terms have also been agreed and now all that is left is for Ndombele to complete his medical.
Tottenham, who have not made any signings for the past two transfer windows, are also believed to be on the brink of landing Jack Clarke from Leeds United for £11.5m.
