Monaco want to re-sign Patrice Evra?

Patrice Evra is a target for his former club Monaco, according to a report.

Ligue 1 side Monaco want to re-sign Manchester United left-back Patrice Evra, a report states.

Evra, 32, has been with United since joining from the French outfit in 2006, but was close to returning to his former club during the summer, according to The Mirror.

United manager David Moyes's pursuit of Leighton Baines encouraged Monaco's interest, and they are now ready to make an offer.

However, Moyes reportedly wants to sign a replacement before he sanctions any potential transfer.
