Manchester United are reportedly putting together a package for Antoine Griezmann, with the club determined to sign the Atletico Madrid and France attacker next summer.
The 32-year-old has been in impressive form for Atletico during the 2023-24 campaign, scoring 12 goals and registering one assist in 16 appearances in all competitions.
Griezmann remains vital for France, meanwhile, and is set to be a key player for a side that will go in search of more glory at next summer's European Championship.
The forward's current deal with Atletico is due to run until June 2026, but according to El Nacional, there is a £22m release clause in his agreement.
The report claims that Man United are preparing to pay the buy-out fee and will also offer him a contract worth £350,000 a week to convince him to move to Old Trafford.

The English club have allegedly already sent representatives to Madrid to negotiate a deal, with the move potentially going through during next summer's transfer window.
Griezmann will reportedly be given the chance to triple his salary by moving to Old Trafford, but he has recently said that he wants to play in the MLS before the end of his career.
"Saudi Arabia? I understand those who have to go there; we're talking about incredible sums of money," Griezmann told reporters during the September international break. "Could I go? I have a family, three children. It's not an easy decision to make. The MLS is still my priority."
Griezmann is in his second permanent spell at Atletico, and he has represent the Red and Whites on 357 occasions in all competitions, scoring 169 goals and registering 77 assists.

The forward has also played for Real Sociedad and Barcelona during his club career, while he has made 125 appearances for France, scoring 44 goals in the process.
Griezmann has largely played as a striker for Atletico this season, which is a position that Man United are looking to strengthen.
Rasmus Hojlund has scored five times for the club following his arrival from Atalanta BC, but he is yet to find the back of the net in the Premier League.
Marcus Rashford has netted just once this term, while Anthony Martial also has just one goal, with finding the back of the net proving to be a real issue for Erik ten Hag's side this season.
Griezmann scored once and provided one assist in Atletico's 3-1 win over Villarreal in La Liga last time out, and he is currently with the France squad preparing for their upcoming Euro 2024 qualification clashes with Gibraltar and Greece.
