Manchester United are reportedly yet to decide whether to sign Sofyan Amrabat on a permanent basis during next summer's transfer window.
The 27-year-old is currently on loan at the Red Devils from Fiorentina, completing a switch to the 20-time English champions in the final stages of the summer market.
Amrabat has made 12 appearances for Erik ten Hag's side this season, including six outings in the Premier League and four in the Champions League.
The Morocco international was forced to play as a left-back in the early stages of his time at the club due to the team's injuries in that area of the field, but he has featured in central midfield since the start of October.
Amrabat started Wednesday's Champions League clash with Galatasaray, but he has not been in the first XI for a Premier League match since the Manchester derby on October 29.

The midfielder was a late substitute against Everton last weekend, but he was not used at all in the league games with Fulham and Luton Town before the international break.
Amrabat has also completed the full 90 minutes on just two occasions since his move to Man United.
The loan is thought to be costing Ten Hag's side €10m (£8.6m), while there will reportedly be a purchase option worth €20m (£17.1m) plus €5m (£4.3m) in add-ons at the end of the 2023-24 campaign.
According to Football Insider, Man United are yet to make a decision when it comes to the Moroccan's future, with the club feeling that there is much more to come from him.

The report claims that a firm call will not be made until later in the campaign, but it is unlikely that he will be signed permanently unless his form improves in the coming months.
Man United are currently dealing with midfield absences; Casemiro, Christian Eriksen and Mason Mount are all currently out, but Amrabat is not guaranteed a starting role against Newcastle United on Saturday night, with Kobbie Mainoo potentially coming back in alongside Scott McTominay.
Bruno Fernandes is a certain starter in the middle, while Hannibal Mejbri is another option for Ten Hag in that area of the field.
Amrabat, who was heavily linked with a move to Liverpool in the latter stages of the summer transfer window, has another 18 months left to run on his contract at Fiorentina.
The midfielder has represented his parent club on 107 occasions in all competitions, scoring once and providing one assist in the process.
