Manchester United have reportedly scouted Brondby midfielder Nicolai Vallys.
The Red Devils bolstered Erik ten Hag's midfield options in the summer transfer window with a couple of new additions.
Mason Mount completed a £60m move from Chelsea, while Morocco international Sofyan Amrabat joined on a season-long loan deal from Italian side Fiorentina.
Despite making those summer signings, Man United continue to scour the market for potential new midfield targets.
They are seemingly keen to keep their options open, with Christian Eriksen and Casemiro both set to turn 32 next year, and there appears to be uncertainty surrounding their long-term futures.

In regards to Eriksen, he has less than two years left to run on his current deal, which expires in the summer of 2025.
With Man United looking at possible replacements for the Denmark international, the Ekstra Bladet are reporting that the 20-time English champions have identified his compatriot, Vallys, as a possible option.
The report claims the Red Devils sent scouts to watch him in action in Sunday's 2-1 home victory over FC Nordsjaelland.
Vallys, who is 27, made a positive impression after scoring the winning goal in the 64th minute to help his side claim all three points.

As a result of his winning strike, the attacking midfielder has now registered six goals in 12 league appearances this season.
Aston Villa and Southampton also sent scouts to watch Vallys at the weekend, while representatives from Real Betis, Marseille Wolfsburg and PSV Eindhoven were also in attendance.
Brondby are in a relatively strong position when it comes to negotiating a sale, with Vallys under contract until June 2026.
The Dane, who made his international debut in September, has scored 12 goals and contributed seven assists in 38 games since joining Brondby from Silkeborg in 2022.
