Manchester United and Flamengo have reached a 'total agreement' for the transfer of Andreas Pereira, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The 26-year-old joined Flamengo on loan from the Red Devils in August 2021 and has impressed during his time with the Brazilian side, scoring five times and contributing one assist in 25 appearances.
Pereira's current deal with Man United is due to run until June 2023, but according to Romano, the Brazil international is set to join Paulo Sousa's side on a permanent basis.
The journalist claims that the club have agreed to pay €10.5m (£8.9m) for his services, while a 25% sell-on clause will also be a part of the deal.
Pereira has allegedly already accepted the long-term contract on the table, and an announcement from both teams is thought to be imminent.
The playmaker has made 75 appearances for Man United since breaking into the first team, contributing four goals and five assists in the process.
Pereira's most productive season for the 20-time English champions came in 2019-20, when he featured on 40 occasions in all competitions.
