Real Madrid have reportedly joined Liverpool and Manchester United in the race to sign Braga defender David Carmo.
Premier League giants Liverpool and United were strongly linked with the 21-year-old in the January window.
Liverpool are said to have had a couple of bids knocked back before moving for Ozan Kabak and Ben Davies, but Carmo remains a target for both the Reds and United.
However, Spanish outlet AS claims that Madrid have also been keeping tabs on the Portugal Under-20s international with a view to making a move.
Carmo has a €40m (£34.79m) release clause in his contract, but Braga were supposedly willing to accept €25m (£21.74) last month.
Madrid have upped their search for a new central defender amid strong suggestions that Sergio Ramos will leave the club in the summer.
