Liverpool reportedly have no plans to move for Villarreal winger Arnaut Danjuma during the January transfer window.
The Reds are understood to be keeping tabs on the 24-year-old after identifying him as a possible long-term successor to Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane.
Danjuma has scored nine goals and produced three assists in 18 appearances across all competitions since joining Villarreal from Bournemouth last summer.
Manchester United and Barcelona have also been linked with the forward, but transfer expert Fabrizio Romano claims that Danjuma will not be allowed to leave in January.
"A player they really love is Danjuma, the winger of Villarreal," Romano told the Here We Go podcast.
"He's very good, but he's not leaving in January. I'm told it's impossible, that the player is going to stay until the end of the season."
Danjuma's contract at Villarreal does not expire until 2026.
