Raphinha has reportedly told Leeds United that he is not currently prepared to enter into discussions over a new contract, as the speculation surrounding the Brazilian continues to gather pace.
The 25-year-old has impressed for the Whites since arriving in October 2020, scoring 14 times and registering 11 assists in 53 appearances in all competitions.
Raphinha still has more than two years left to run on his deal at Elland Road, but there is currently a host of talk surrounding the attacker, with Liverpool said to be interested in his services.
According to Goal, the Brazil international is holding off contract discussions with Marcelo Bielsa's side, as he wants to see whether he receives any offers during this summer's transfer window.
The report claims that a host of European clubs are monitoring developments, but the attacker - also linked with Manchester United - would prefer to stay in the Premier League and wants to join a side competing for silverware.
Raphinha, who largely operates as a right-sided forward, has impressed in a struggling Leeds side this season, scoring eight goals and registering two assists in 21 Premier League appearances.
