Robert Lewandowski re-affirms that he intends to play in the Premier League in the near future.

Robert Lewandowski has revealed that he harbours an ambition to play in the Premier League in the near future.

The Polish striker is one of European football's hottest properties following a fantastic season leading Borussia Dortmund's attack, and the 23-year-old has made no secret of his desire to play in England.

He told BILD: "The Premier League is a league in which I would like to play and I hope to manage that at some point."

Lewandowski's current contract at Dortmund runs until 2014 and the German giants remain determined to keep their star striker amid reported interest from Man Utd and Arsenal.
