Inter Milan have reportedly rejected Manchester United's request to include Milan Skriniar in any deal for Romelu Lukaku.
The Italian giants have been heavily linked with an approach for Lukaku, who is said to be a top target for newly-appointed boss Antonio Conte.
United are allegedly demanding in the region of £75m, however, which has left Inter looking to find a solution with regards to using a player in part-exchange.
The Premier League giants have allegedly turned down a proposal involving Ivan Perisic, despite having previously held an interest in the Croatia international.
According to Correire dello Sport, United have responded by looking for Skriniar to make the switch to Old Trafford, something which is said to have been rejected out of hand by Inter.
The Slovakia international - who has missed just three Serie A games in two years at San Siro - recently extended his contract until the end of the 2022-23 campaign.
