Inter Milan have reportedly started transfer talks with Manchester United captain Nemanja Vidic.
The 32-year-old's current contract at Old Trafford is due to expire during the summer and, as a result, he is now permitted to discuss terms with foreign clubs.
That has alerted Inter president Erick Thohir, who has sent a negotiating team to meet with Vidic and his representative, according to Tuttosport.
Vidic has been linked with a host of clubs, including Inter's Serie A rivals Juventus and AC Milan.
