West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice is reportedly keen on a move to Chelsea in the January transfer window.
With the Blues not willing to stump up West Ham's asking price of £80m for the England international in the summer, Rice remained at the London Stadium despite heavy interest from Chelsea.
However, the 21-year-old has seen his long-term future called into question again in recent weeks, with Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said to be an admirer.
However, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Rice is indeed keen on a move across the capital to link up with Frank Lampard's Chelsea, and the West Ham man could potentially join next month.
However, Romano also states that Chelsea will likely struggle to prise the midfielder away from the London Stadium in the January transfer window, with Rice not trying to force an exit given his respect for West Ham.
Rice has played every minute of Premier League football this term for David Moyes's side, where he is under contract until 2024.
