Barcelona and Real Madrid have reportedly identified Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans as a potential future signing.
Tielemans has enjoyed a hugely-successful period at the King Power Stadium, the highlight being his winning goal in last season's triumph over Chelsea in the FA Cup final.
However, the Belgium international currently has no plans to extend his contract past 2023, a move which will inevitably lead to interest from elsewhere.
According to The Athletic, Barcelona and Real Madrid are both monitoring the situation as they consider changes to their squad next summer.
Needing to resolve issues in other areas of the pitch, the two Spanish giants may eventually opt against a big-money bid for the 24-year-old.
Nevertheless, they are theoretically prepared to rival the likes of Manchester United and Liverpool if Tielemans fails to pen fresh terms with the Foxes.
