Javier Hernandez is in line to make his first start for Manchester United this season against Bolton Wanderers on Saturday.
The Mexican had suffered concussion during a pre-season tour of America and has only made two substitute appearances for the league champions this season.
"He's ready, he's been training really well. The only issue was how much time we gave him after his head knock but he's fine," manager Sir Alex Ferguson told reporters.
"He played two 45 minutes for Mexico, scoring in one of the games... that's terrific."
Hernandez scored 20 goals in 45 games during his first season at Old Trafford.
