Anders Lindegaard says that Manchester United must stop going behind in matches.

Manchester United goalkeeper Anders Lindegaard has revealed his concerns about his side's "bad habit" of going behind in games.

United went behind for the 13th time already this season in Saturday's 3-1 victory over Queens Park Rangers when Jamie Mackie put the Londoners ahead.

Despite the win, Lindegaard has said that United must stop conceding first in games, as they cannot always rely on comeback victories.

"We should be concerned. It is a bad habit," the Manchester Evening News quotes Lindegaard as saying.

"We have to look at it. I just asked one of my teammates afterwards, 'what would have happened if we hadn't conceded a goal?' It was like a wake-up call.

"It is a bad feeling to have conceded a goal in this match. It is very disappointing."

United are currently two points ahead of local rivals Manchester City at the top of the Premier League.
