Manchester United defender Phil Jones has claimed that Adnan Januzaj can become a "real star" at the club if he continues to keep his focus.
The 18-year-old winger recently signed a new five-year deal with the Premier League champions following his match-winning display at Sunderland two weeks ago.
Jones believes that the Belgian youngster has what it takes to be one of the game's top talents - as long as he does not stop working hard.
"He's a terrific talent and it's an old cliche but as long as he keeps his head down, he can do great things for the club," the England international told United's official website.
"There's massive pressure on him and he's only a young kid but it's testament to him that he's come in and done a great job.
"He goes about his business quietly and if he keeps producing performances like that, he'll be a real star."
United are back in action on Wednesday night when they welcome Real Sociedad to Old Trafford in the Champions League.
