Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea wants at least £375,000 per week in any potential contract extension, according to a report.
The Sun says that the Spaniard, who continues to be linked with a move to Real Madrid, has been made aware of Alexis Sanchez's alleged £500,000 wage at Old Trafford and is demanding a significant pay rise.
De Gea is currently the third-highest earner at United behind Paul Pogba - who receives £300,000 every week - and recent arrival Sanchez, and the newspaper adds that the stopper expects to overtake the French midfielder in the club's wage bill.
The goalkeeper, who signed for United in 2011, has been a key figure between the sticks since moving from Atletico Madrid.
Jose Mourinho's team currently occupy second place in the Premier League table.
