Sunderland's Wes Brown does not expect Manchester United to be complacent when the two clubs meet at the Stadium of Light tomorrow.

Wes Brown has said that he does not expect Manchester United to be complacent when they face Sunderland this weekend.

The Black Cats defender will face his former club when they travel to the Stadium of Light tomorrow lunchtime.

The 33-year-old told the club's website: "It's a big game and hopefully we can get a result. The boys will be ready to go.

"Manchester United aren't going to be complacent, not at all. They'll be focused on the game and looking to make sure there's no chance of Man City catching up. But we need points too and that starts on Saturday.

"We've just got to work and play as a team. We have the ability, it's just up to us to make sure we stick together and work hard."

Manchester United are 15 points clear at the top of the Premier League table heading into the game, while Sunderland are just four points clear of the relegation zone.
