Borussia Dortmund interested in hiring Mauricio Pochettino?

Borussia Dortmund are reportedly keeping a close eye on former Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino.

Borussia Dortmund are reportedly keeping a close eye on former Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino.

The Argentine, who spent five and a half years with the North London club, was relieved from his duties last month.

Pochettino recently confirmed that he wanted an immediate return to management, noting that he had already received a number of attractive offers from Europe.

According to The Telegraph, Dortmund have joined a number of clubs who are interested in potentially hiring the 47-year-old further down the line.

Manager Lucien Favre has been under considerable pressure this season, despite Dortmund qualifying for the Champions League knockout phases.

Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Manchester United and even Arsenal are among the clubs credited with showing an interest in Pochettino.
