Guillem Balague: 'Raphael Varane not joining Manchester United'

Respected Spanish journalist Guillem Balague dismisses deadline day rumours which suggest that Raphael Varane could leave Real Madrid for Manchester United.

Manchester United will not be making any signings on deadline day, according to respected Spanish journalist Guillem Balague.

It had been reported that United, as well as Chelsea, were interested in a last-ditch move for Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane, but Balague has dismissed any chance of the French international moving to the Premier League.


The 21-year-old has made 25 appearances for Real in all competitions during the current campaign.
