Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho says that he does not care how long Paul Pogba will be sidelined for, at least until after his side's FA Cup clash with Huddersfield.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has insisted that he does not care when Paul Pogba will be back available after seeing the midfielder ruled out of this evening's FA Cup clash with Huddersfield Town.

News broke earlier today that Pogba would miss the fifth-round trip to the John Smith's Stadium through illness, with the setback coming amid rumours of a fallout between Pogba and Mourinho.

Mourinho has vehemently denied claims that Pogba could be on his way out of the club as a result of their relationship, but insists that he will not think about the Frenchman until after the trip to Huddersfield.

"I was told by the doctor this morning," Mourinho told BT Sport when questioned over Pogba's absence.

Asked when Pogba will return, he added: "I don't know and honestly I don't care, because I focus only on the game. Since the moment I knew Paul cannot play... I will think about Paul after the match."

Pogba has scored just three goals in his 22 appearances across all competitions so far this season.
