Boca Juniors reportedly want to bring Carlos Tevez back to Argentina if the striker leaves Manchester City at the end of the season.
Tevez only has one year left on his Etihad Stadium contract and is one of several players that Roberto Mancini is apparently considering cutting from his City squad this summer.
Many of Europe's biggest clubs, including AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain, showed an interest in the striker when his Citizens future was uncertain last season, but were understood to be deterred by his wage demands.
However, a return to Boca, where he spent three years between 2001 and 2004, may be a viable alternative, with the Argentine outfit plotting a summer bid, according to The Express.
Tevez has scored 15 goals in 36 City appearances this term.
