Napoli 'lower asking price for Fabian Ruiz'

Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis allegedly lowers the asking price of Fabian Ruiz, a reported target of Real Madrid, Barcelona and Manchester City.

Napoli are reportedly prepared to sell midfielder Fabian Ruiz for £52m during the next transfer window.

Having scored 10 goals from 72 appearances since his arrival in 2018, Ruiz has been heavily linked with a move to another top European club.

As well as Real Madrid and Barcelona being regarded as long-term admirers, Manchester City are also said to be keen on the 24-year-old.

According to reports in Spain, the three teams have been handed a boost with Napoli now happy to accept an offer in the region of £52m.

Aware of the level of interest, president Aurelio Di Laurentiis had allegedly set an asking price of £70m for the former Real Betis man.

Ruiz still has just over three years remaining on his contract with the Naples-based outfit.
