Manchester City are interested in signing Ivory Coast defensive midfielder Jean-Jacques Gosso.
The 29-year-old currently plays for Orduspor in Turkey, having left Monaco in the summer following their relegation from Ligue 1.
City's squad already contains three Ivorians in Yaya Toure, Kolo Toure and Abdul Razak, who is currently on-loan at Brighton & Hove Albion.
Versatile Gosso can also function at full-back, but Roberto Mancini is keen on him as a central option to potentially provide cover for Yaya Toure, according to Inside Futbol.
The Ivorian is a well-travelled individual, having played for clubs in his native Ivory Coast, Morocco, Israel, France and Turkey.
