AC Milan midfielder Stephan El Shaarawy predicts that Zlatan Ibrahimovic will snub the advances of Manchester City and stay at the San Siro next season.

AC Milan midfielder Stephan El Shaarawy is confident that Zlatan Ibrahimovic will stay at the San Siro next season despite interest from Manchester City.

Ibrahimovic is reportedly considering a £300,000-per-week contract to move to the Etihad Stadium, but his teammate expects the Swede to remain in Italy and help Milan attempt to regain the Serie A title.

"Ibra always wants to win," said El Shaarawy. "I think that he will stay here with us at Milan.

"We can beat Juventus next season, that is a definite possibility. We'll certainly give it a go."

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has scored 28 in 32 league matches this season.
