Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli has set his sights on becoming a top DJ, after meeting Tim Westwood at an event on Thursday.

The controversial Italian, known for his exuberant behaviour, is understood to be a keen fan of club music and has made an agreement to receive lessons from Westwood.

"Mario was talking to Tim for ages. He loves his music and was asking about equipment. They are going to meet for a session," a source told The Sun.

City boss Roberto Mancini hopes to have Balotelli available for the club's trip to Wigan on Monday evening.
