Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly forced their way to the front of the queue to sign Alexandre Lacazette in the summer.
The Lyon frontman has previously been linked with a host of English clubs, the most recent of which were Merseyside rivals Liverpool and Everton.
However, The Mirror claims that Spurs are now leading the race to secure the £23.5m-rated striker's services.
The report adds that Tottenham's ability to offer guaranteed Champions League football is particularly appealing to Lacazette.
The France international has found the net 18 times in Ligue 1 this term.
