Paris Saint-Germain are keen to sign Liverpool midfielder Fabinho on loan in January, according to a report.

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly keen to sign Liverpool midfielder Fabinho on loan.

Fabinho only joined Liverpool from Ligue 1 outfit Monaco during the summer transfer window, with the midfielder costing the Reds in the region of £40m.

Speculation surrounding the Brazilian's future has gathered pace in recent weeks, however, with a number of reports suggesting that the 25-year-old could be allowed to leave in January.

Last week, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp insisted that Fabinho would not be leaving at the start of 2018, but according to L'Equipe, PSG feel that they can convince the Reds to part with the midfielder.

The report claims that Liverpool would be prepared to loan Fabinho if PSG included a mandatory purchase agreement for £44.3m at the end of the season.

Fabinho has been involved in each of Liverpool's last five Premier League matches.
