Liverpool want Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Ruben Neves as a replacement for Naby Keita, according to a report.

Liverpool are reportedly ready to move for Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Ruben Neves as a replacement for Naby Keita.

Neves, who has recently been linked with Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City, has again been in impressive form for Wolves this season, scoring four times in 43 appearances in all competitions.

A recent report claimed that Liverpool were keen to sign both Adama Traore and Neves from Nuno Espirito Santo's side during this summer's transfer window.

According to Milan Live, the European champions view the Portugal international as a possible replacement for Keita, who has struggled to settle at Anfield since arriving from RB Leipzig in 2018.

A number of Bundesliga clubs, in addition to Italian giants AC Milan, are allegedly interested in signing the 25-year-old ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.

Keita has been restricted to just nine Premier League appearances during the current season.
