Liverpool have reportedly identified Vitesse defender Max Clark as a potential January signing.
Due to a lack of specialised cover for Andrew Robertson, the Reds have been linked with a number of young left-backs in recent weeks.
According to The Mirror, the latest name to appear on the shortlist of the Premier League leaders is Clark, who has made an impact in the Eredivisie.
The 23-year-old, previously of Cambridge United and Hull City, has contributed one goal and three assists from 17 league outings this season.
The report suggests that Liverpool have been left particularly impressed with Clark's crossing ability, something which Jurgen Klopp values in his full-backs.
The Merseyside giants have allegedly had scouts present for a number of matches since the beginning of the campaign.
