Liverpool will reportedly make an £11m bid for Paris Saint-Germain defender Mamadou Sakho this week.

Liverpool will reportedly reignite their interest in Paris Saint-Germain defender Mamadou Sakho this coming week.

The Frenchman has been on the Reds' radar for a number of months, and manager Brendan Rodgers will make a €13m (£11m) bid for the PSG centre-back, according to L'Equipe.

The 23-year-old is believed to be keen to move to Anfield to give himself a better chance of securing a place at next summer's World Cup.

AC Milan and Monaco are also believed to be keen on the player.
