Liverpool interested in Samuel Eto'o?

Liverpool are reportedly considering offering former Chelsea striker Samuel Eto'o a contract.

Liverpool have reportedly expressed an interest in signing former Chelsea striker Samuel Eto'o.

The Cameroon international, who is thought to be a target for Dutch side Ajax, is available on a free transfer after coming to the end of his contract at Stamford Bridge.

According to The Mirror, the 33-year-old wants to stay in the Premier League, resulting in Brendan Rodgers considering a move for the forward.

Eto'o held talks with West Ham United earlier in the summer, but the move reportedly broke down because of his pay demands.
