Dirk Kuyt open to Feyenoord return

Dirk Kuyt is reportedly open to the possibility of leaving Liverpool in favour of former club Feyenoord.

Liverpool striker Dirk Kuyt is reportedly open to the prospect of a return to Feyenoord in the summer.

The Dutch international left the Rotterdam-based club in 2006 to sign on at Anfield.

Having struggled to break into the Liverpool starting lineup on a regular basis under Kenny Dalglish, the 31-year-old is now considering his options, according to Voetbal International.

Feyenoord are keen to capture Kuyt's services for a second time, although he would have to lower his salary demands for the move to be made possible.
