Inter Milan are considering a January move for Liverpool forward Divock Origi, according to a report.
Romelu Lukaku, who has scored 15 times in 17 appearances, has been in fine form this season, however Inter boss Antonio Conte is looking to strengthen his attacking options.
Former Manchester United forward Alexis Sanchez has only scored twice this campaign while Lautaro Martinez has been linked with a move away from the club.
Corriere dello Sport reports that Inter view Origi as an ideal back-up option to provide cover and competition to Lukaku, Sanchez and Martinez.
Inter also feel that having compatriot Lukaku at the club would help the 25-year-old settle in easily at San Siro.
Origi has played in just eight matches in all competitions this campaign – scoring only once – and has only featured for eight minutes across three Premier League games.
The Belgian, who has 29 caps for his country, is keen for more regular first-team football ahead of the delayed Euro 2020 competition taking place next summer.
