Liverpool forward Fabio Borini has denied that he is looking to leave the club after just one season.

The Italian endured a frustrating campaign as an injury forced him to miss the majority of the season following his £10.5m move from Roma.

Borini told reporters: "Am I looking to move abroad? People need to think more about my situation.

"In Italy people give more time to foreigners than they do to youngsters. I feel really good in England."

Borini made just 20 appearances in all competitions for the Reds, scoring two goals.
