Barcelona have reportedly identified Borussia Dortmund playmaker Ousmane Dembele as a possible signing during the summer transfer window.
With Neymar looking increasingly likely to make the lucrative switch to Paris Saint-Germain this summer, Barcelona are in the process of lining up potential replacements for the forward.
The Catalan giants have allegedly seen an offer for Philippe Coutinho already rebuffed, and it looks like Liverpool will reject any offers for the Brazilian ahead of next season.
However, according to The Sun, Barca boss Ernesto Valverde will move for Dembele should they remain unsuccessful in their pursuit of Coutinho.
Last season, the 20-year-old contributed eight goals and 18 assists in Bundesliga and Champions League fixtures and he is regarded as one of the top prospects in world football.
Barcelona would likely have to pay a similar fee - around £72m - to what they have allegedly offered Liverpool for Coutinho, but the sale of Neymar would effectively provide them with £200m to spend on new players.
