Iago Aspas will reportedly undergo a medical today ahead of a switch to Liverpool from Spanish outfit Celta Vigo.

Celta Vigo striker Iago Aspas will reportedly undergo a medical today ahead of a proposed move to Liverpool.

The 25-year-old, who recently claimed that he did not "hesitate" to say yes to the Reds, is expected to move to Anfield from Spain for £7m.

Aspas, who is said to have arrived on Merseyside yesterday, agreed personal terms with the club ahead of today's medical, according to BBC Sport.

Once the transfer is completed, Aspas will become Liverpool's second signing of the summer following the free capture of Kolo Toure from Manchester City.
