Midfielder Adrien Rabiot is reportedly ready to turn down interest from a number of top European clubs in order to sign a new contract at Paris Saint-Germain.

Midfielder Adrien Rabiot has reportedly moved to the brink of penning a new contract with Paris Saint-Germain.

Rabiot currently has less than a year remaining on his existing deal, and it has previously been suggested that the 23-year-old would look to leave the Parc des Princes.

Barcelona, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are among the clubs said to be interested in the France international, but according to Canal+ journalist Olivier Tallaron, Rabiot is likely to leave some of European football's top teams disappointed.

Rabiot is allegedly only waiting to agree the length of any new deal, with it being claimed that the two parties may agree on a three-year contract.

The player has already made 11 starts in Ligue 1 and the Champions League since the start of the campaign.
