Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane says that he would not swap Cristiano Ronaldo for Liverpool star Mohamed Salah.

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has insisted that he would not swap Cristiano Ronaldo for Liverpool star Mohamed Salah.

The Egyptian international has stolen headlines this season for his impressive displays in front of goal at Anfield.

Salah, who moved to the Merseyside outfit from Roma last summer, has scored 44 goals in all competitions, and he could add to that tally in the Champions League final against Real Madrid this Saturday in Kiev.

Due to the attacker's form, transfer rumours have linked him with a move to Madrid, but Zidane has insisted that he would not swap Salah for his star man Ronaldo.

According to AS, Zidane told reporters: "No, I have Cristiano and I talk about my players."

Madrid will claim a third consecutive Champions League trophy if they win this weekend, while Liverpool will earn a sixth European title if successful.
