Liverpool defender Martin Kelly believes that he can add to his goal tally after hitting the back of the net for the first time in his Reds career.
The 21-year-old secured a semi-final spot for Liverpool with a header, courtesy of Craig Bellamy's free kick in their 2-0 win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge last night.
"I was made up with the goal and it was a long time coming getting my first one for Liverpool," Kelly told the club's official website. "It was a great cross from Craig and I managed to get a free header.
"We were attacking at the end with all the away supporters and it was brilliant seeing all their emotions as they celebrated. It's fantastic to get a goal for such a big club.
"I hope to bring more goals to my game. I used to be a central midfielder when I was younger and I do have that attribute in my locker."
Liverpool will find out their semi-final opponents following the final quarter-final between Manchester United and Crystal Palace.
