Jamie Carragher believes that Daniel Sturridge's injury setback is a massive blow to Liverpool as they "desperately" needed the striker to return to action.
The 25-year-old sustained a thigh injury while on international duty with England in August and was ruled out for six weeks.
Sturridge was expected to make his return this weekend against Queens Park Rangers, but has now suffered a calf injury, which will rule him out for a further month.
Just heard about the Sturridge injury, out for a month not happy desperately needed him back.
