Crystal Palace have reportedly made an undisclosed bid for Leicester City's Chris Wood.
The 22-year-old scored just four times in the Championship for Leicester last season, but has already opened his account in the Premier League this term.
The New Zealand international is seen as back-up by current boss Nigel Pearson, however, and it is understood that the striker is keen to seek pastures new.
According to Sky Sports News, Palace have launched an official offer for the powerful forward, but Leicester are yet to respond.
Wood has scored 12 times for his country.
