Claudio Ranieri: 'Leicester City must replace Esteban Cambiasso'

Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri admits that the club will need to replace the leadership of Esteban Cambiasso.

Claudio Ranieri has admitted that Leicester City will need to replace Esteban Cambiasso's leadership qualities after the Argentine announced that he will not be staying at the club.

The 34-year-old confirmed this evening that he will not be signing a new deal with the Foxes, having spent last season at the King Power Stadium.

The manager told the club's Twitter account: "We wish Esteban well. He was a leader, now we need another one with the same quality, strength and character."

Leicester made a winning start under Ranieri, beating Lincoln City in a pre-season friendly tonight.
