Leicester City are reportedly preparing a summer bid for Porto defender Ricardo Pereira.
Foxes boss Claude Puel is keen to reunite with the Portugal international, according to The Sun, having coached him while he was on loan at Nice in 2015.
Leicester are said to be readying an opening bid of £22m for Pereira, who has a release clause of £36m written into his contract.
Tottenham Hotspur and Juventus were linked with the right-back last summer, though neither side lodged a bid.
Pereira has earned three senior caps for Portugal and has also represented his county at various youth levels.
