Leicester City have decided not to appeal Jamie Vardy's red card against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The Foxes registered a 2-0 victory over the newly-promoted side, but Vardy received a straight red card for a strong challenge on Matt Doherty.
The England international won the ball, but his follow-through resulted in his studs making connection with Doherty's knee and the wing-back needed to be substituted.
Leicester could have appealed the dismissal, but have decided to accept that they will be without one of their key men for the next three fixtures in all competitions.
Vardy will miss the Premier League games against Southampton and Liverpool, as well as the EFL Cup tie versus Fleetwood Town.
